About Alina:

Alina’s background is in biomedical science. After completing her Master’s degree in molecular biology, Alina relocated to Brisbane, Australia to complete a PhD in the field of inflammation. During this time, she became fascinated by the emerging connections between diet, inflammation, the microbiome and health, which sparked her interest in nutrition and led her to transition into dietetics.

Alina currently balances academic research with one-on-one client support. She is passionate about bringing relevant research findings into clinical practice to achieve the best health and fertility outcomes for her clients. Her practice, Legacy Nutrition, is dedicated to supporting women with autoimmune and inflammatory conditions on their health and fertility journey. Some of the inflammatory conditions she treats are endometriosis, coeliac disease, rheumatoid arthritis, autoimmune thyroiditis and histamine-related conditions.
