Emma Cross

I am an Accredited Practising Dietitian and Certified Fertility & Prenatal Dietitian, with a Master of Science (Nutrition & Dietetics).
My key area is helping couples conceive by supporting them through the 3-6 months prior to conception but also help couples who have been struggling or are starting IVF.
I also work with women during pregnancy and postpartum to optimise their nutrition and assist with symptom management and healing post birth.
