Emilie is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian with over 10 years experience in private practice, hospital settings and elite sport. Emilie completed her undergraduate studies in Sydney before relocating to Toulouse, a beautiful city in the south-west of France. Also the city where her eldest daughter was born.
Emilie has a passion for women's health, working particularly in the areas of fertility and pregnancy nutrition, disordered eating and female athlete health and wellbeing. She has a particular interest in working with clients on sustainable eating practices across the life span. As a lover of food, from growing to cooking, Emilie works closely with clients to optimise their nutrition and that of their baby (and family) using the highest quality resources available and in a way that is individually tailored to the needs of her clients.
