Catherine is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with over ten years of experience. She sees the importance of early life nutrition and understands how pregnancy can be an emotional roller coaster. For some women, it can feel like a long nine months of pregnancy, especially if they suffer from morning sickness or other pregnancy complications. She believed she had something unique to give to the world. She wants to share her knowledge with other women and better support each other before conception, during pregnancy and postpartum phase. She currently consults to the medical practices in Brisbane and offers virtual consultations. When she isn't working, you can find her exploring Queensland State with her family. Catherine can also speak fluently in Mandarin.
