Claire is a UK Registered Dietitian and Nutritionist, who is currently based in Singapore and offers online consultations. Claire’s passion is promoting evidence-based nutrition having spent the last few years in research undergoing her PhD alongside her private practice.
rnClaire has a wealth of experience helping clients with gut health issues such as IBS, in addition to supporting women with PCOS and fertility challenges from conception, through pregnancy and postpartum, throughout which Claire always highlights the importance of cultivating a healthy relationship with food and their bodies.
